1. The maximum impurity content (wt%) of solder in the table is as follows: Bi 0.030, Al 0.01, Pb 0.025, Zn 0.05, Zn + CD 0.05; Maximum total impurities ≤ 0.25;
2. Most solders can obtain satisfactory fluidity only when they are higher than the liquidus temperature, and most copper phosphorus solders can fully flow when they are lower than a certain temperature of the liquidus;
